Built so strangers can trade safely
Every order on The Spool List — job or product — is payment protected. The buyer funds it up front, the money is held by our payment partner, and it releases to the maker only when delivery is confirmed or the dispute window closes.
Makers verify each machine individually with proof of ownership and sample output, and identity verification (KYC) is required before any payout. Reviews are order-verified only — nobody can review a maker they haven't paid.
If something goes wrong, disputes open in-app with photo evidence and a response clock. Most resolve in under 72 hours; escalations go to a human moderator.
