No public-facing use of an affiliate's name, logo, brand, or likeness — including any "founding partner" listing — will occur without separate written approval from the affiliate.

Marketplace facilitator only. The Spool List is a marketplace facilitator. Sellers (makers) are independent third parties; buyers contract directly with sellers. The platform mediates disputes through the published Dispute & Refund Policy and reserves the right to deduct refunded transactions from affiliate earnings in the period the refund is processed.
