All prices in USD. Marketplace commission is on the job total only — buyers see the final number before they pay. Stripe Connect Standard fees apply at payout (~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). No platform-wallet lock-in: payouts land in your own Stripe-connected bank account.

Is the buyer side really free?
Yes. Posting jobs, browsing makers, messaging, and ordering carries no platform fee for buyers — ever. The marketplace fee comes out of the maker's side at payout.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Anytime. Cancel from your portal Profile tab — you keep paid features until the current period ends, then drop to Free with no penalty. No contracts, no clawback.
What about cosplay commissions?
Same tier structure. Cosplay-focused makers most commonly land on Pro or Premium — the higher visibility radius matters because cosplay buyers ship internationally. Commission rates apply identically.
Lifetime pricing — what's the catch?
No catch — early-adopter pricing while we grow. Pay once, lock the tier for life. Available on Pro and Premium only. Includes all current and future features within the tier.
How does the visibility radius work?
Buyers see local makers first. Your radius controls how far your shop appears in their default search. Outside the radius you're still discoverable — but ranked lower. Higher tiers boost both the radius and the in-radius ranking weight.
Apple App Store / iOS pricing?
iOS in-app upgrades enrol through Apple's Small Business Program at 15% commission. Web checkout via Stripe is the same price to you — the platform absorbs the Apple fee difference.
