Custom 3D print enclosure designed for my open-source "Rubber-Ducky-ESP32" project. I engineered this highly compact, flash drive form factor shell to house an ESP32-S3 microcontroller and an integrated MicroSD card module. The modeling focuses on extremely tight dimensional tolerances for exact USB connector alignment and structural integrity. This enclosure serves as the physical disguise for a custom USB HID emulation tool capable of executing DuckyScript payloads with keyboard and mouse injection. Full firmware, 3D models, and schematics are documented on my GitHub.
