The lion teaches leadership.
The leopard, precision and discretion.
The elephant, memory—essential when a customer returns with the same problem for the third time.
The gazelle teaches responsiveness.
The monkey, adaptability—especially when the part that arrives clearly isn't the one that was ordered.
And the hyena reminds our teams of a fundamental rule:
