At Yamaha, with the help of 6TMD-Modeling, we understood the challenge.
Training good salespeople and technicians is hard enough.
But training people who can truly go the distance—now that’s a whole different journey.
Our dealerships have become veritable universities.
The lion teaches leadership.
The leopard, precision and discretion.
The elephant, memory—essential when a customer returns with the same problem for the third time.
The gazelle teaches responsiveness.
The monkey, adaptability—especially when the part that arrives clearly isn't the one that was ordered.
And the hyena reminds our teams of a fundamental rule:
in life, as in business, it’s best to be able to laugh at your own mistakes.
And for that, only one method has truly proven its worth:
Going back to the school of the bush.
