Spool Guide only sees your own data — your profile, your machines, your jobs, and your orders. It cannot read other users' messages, listings, or personal information.
Conversations are private and not used to train any AI model. Spool Guide can only write to your account with your explicit approval — every change shows a preview first. It runs on Claude (by Anthropic) with Spool List-specific guardrails and a strict scope limit.
Yes. All users get 30 questions per day on the Free plan. Pro and Premium members get higher limits (100 and 300 per day respectively). No separate subscription required — it's included in your existing Spool List plan.
Only with your explicit approval. When Spool Guide proposes a profile update (like writing a bio), it shows you a before/after preview and asks you to confirm before anything changes. It cannot submit jobs, send messages, or process payments — for those it navigates you to the right screen.

Yes. It runs on Claude by Anthropic, with live access to your account data through read-only tools. That means it knows your actual machine count, order status, and badge progress — not a generic guess. Like all AI systems, it can make mistakes, which is why it shows a disclaimer and requires confirmation before any writes.
