IT’S DA SPOOKY MONTH!!!!
Bob Velseb is the main villains of Spooky Month, Originally a massive local butcher running the "Boys and Grills" shop, he was exposed as a ruthless, cannibalistic serial killer who terrorized the town. Bob is an aggressive and deeply sadistic monster dressed like a demon driven by an insatiable craving for human flesh. Despite his brutal, murderous nature, he shares a strange fondness for Skid and Pump, specifically going after them—even joining in on their spooky dance before resuming his gruesome crimes and hunting them down. His gruesome killing spree came to a permanent end when he was shot down and killed by the Police, saving the lives of Skid, Pump, Lila, and Jaune. But his influence still remains...
