IT’S DA SPOOKY MONTH!!!!
Bob Velseb is the main villains of Spooky Month, Originally a massive local butcher running the "Boys and Grills" shop, he was exposed as a ruthless, cannibalistic serial killer who terrorized the town. Bob is an aggressive and deeply sadistic monster dressed like a demon driven by an insatiable craving for human flesh. His gruesome killing spree came to a permanent end when he was shot down and killed by the Police, saving the lives of Skid, Pump, Lila, and Jaune. But his influence still remains...
