Part of the romanesque doorway at Killeshin Church ruin (National Monument no. 115) which shows an inscription. According to the HEV quoting Harbison (1970, p. 140), the inscription on the north side reads "a prayer for Diarmait, King of Leinster". I presume the inscription is either in Irish or Latin, but none of the letters I can see ("CE") match that - must check Harbison for details. It actually looks like there might have been more words to the left, but the stone is too worn.
I have rotated it to make it easier to read.
