Grave slab measures 1.99 m long (W–E) and up to 0.65 m wide, with slightly convex sides and narrowing towards ends; 0.42 m wide at slightly angled E end (NNW-SSE). Slab split across its near-centre.
Finely carved initials, D F, with letters 0.18 m tall, 0.55 m from the head; may be a later addition.
