Former career criminal, now a successful Vinewood film producer in his late 50s/early 60s. By 2025 he has fully retired from crime and founded his own company, De Santa, known for films including Drive Fast, Die Slow. Greying hair, visible wrinkles, and a more weathered appearance mark the years since 2013.
Still happily married to Amanda, the couple are empty-nesters after Jimmy and Tracey moved out. They live in their Rockford Hills mansion and, in the A Safehouse in the Hills update, welcome the Online Protagonist as a new neighbor in the exclusive Vinewood Hills mansions. Michael later helps defend the property in the Home Sweet Home mission, proving his old skills remain sharp when needed.
Portrayed by Ned Luke. His return confirms the canonical Deathwish ending of GTA V.
