Antonio "Toni" Cipriani is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (1998) and a major character in Grand Theft Auto III (2001).
A loyal member of the Leone Crime Family in Liberty City, Toni is forced into exile for four years after killing a rival made man on orders from Don Salvatore Leone. He returns in 1998 as a low-ranking associate, working under the jealous Vincenzo Cilli. Through ruthless determination, he rises through the ranks, eliminating rivals from the Sindacco and Forelli families, becoming a made man, and eventually a Capo.
Known for his fierce loyalty to Salvatore, complicated relationship with his overbearing mother Ma Cipriani, and ability to handle any dirty job, Toni helps the Leones dominate Liberty City’s underworld.
He is Voiced by Danny Mastrogiorgio in LCS and Michael Madsen in GTA III.
