This is a game-ready cutting board I made to practice my speedmodeling.

Tested in Unity and Unreal Engine, works very well for me. If you have any questions about making it work - ask me in the comments and I will try to help.
Displacement map may act strange, tweak it or don't use it at all if it works wrong.
