The goal is to remove all the walls around the kitchen to open it to the dining room. Also the dead space behind range and near washer and dryer is a utility room where a large hcav unit is along with tanke hot water heater. need to incorperate the washer dryer (stackable is an option), tankless water heater and hvac furnace. the exterior door in the kitchen is to a carport. that is the door that is used more than the actual front door. the exterior windows are brand new, expensive and will not be moved or changed unless its a brilliant plan. I do have pictures of the space as well. Herbert Burns is the architect on this home in [palm springs, so does have a lot architectural history and significance involved](http://ttkrepresents.com/modern-architects).
Again this remodel can't be slapped together with basic materials or thought. It is an important architectural home in Palm Springs California
