My modifications: reduced polycount from 1.5M to 5.1K, made sensible UV unwrap, authored missing PBR textures, balanced colour.
P.S. i noticed some issues with texture after uploading the model to Sketchfab, but since it's mostly on the "bad" side of the model, i decided to leave it as it is.
