Catalina is a ruthless, ambitious criminal of mixed Dominican and Colombian descent, and cousin of Cesar Vialpando.
In San Andreas she teams up with Carl Johnson for a series of violent robberies across Red County while engaging in a volatile relationship marked by her extreme temper, misandry, and BDSM tendencies. After dumping CJ she leaves with Claude for Liberty City.
Nine years later she leads the Colombian Cartel, betrays Claude during a bank heist after saying *“You’re just small time”*, floods the city with SPANK, and ultimately dies when Claude shoots down her helicopter at Cochrane Dam.
Psychotic, self-centered, and utterly untrustworthy, Catalina turns on anyone who outlives their usefulness. She is voiced by Cynthia Farrell.
