Reconstruction of Australopithecus africanus STS 5 "Mrs Ples" based on ct data, from https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12014231/ honestly the maxilla seems just so stupidly big on this. with a smaller maxilla it'd look virtually identical to homo habilis but with a smaller brain.
