Import into unity you should get 2 textures create 4 new materials and select the 2 materials you created and turn down the smoothness down to zero and go into the color box click it and change hexadecimal to DBD592 and you should get color yellow and select one of the yellow fur material and change

Import into unity you should get 2 textures create 4 new materials and select the 2 materials you created and turn down the smoothness down to zero and go into the color box click it and change hexadecimal to DBD592 and you should get color yellow and select one of the yellow fur material and change the tilings to X 4 Y 4 and select the other fur material and change the tilings to X 3 Y 3 and drag the material fur tiling 4 onto the body (Cube) and the other material fur tiling 3 on to the stomach not the hole and on the arms and hands. and now drag the meat texture (others_0001_color_1k) in the other material that you created not the fur and click on the color box and look for the hexadecimal and change it to 7D7D7D and now change the smoothness to 0.792 and change the tilings to X 4 Y 4 and put it on the teeth. now go to the last material and put the meat texture again and change the metallic map to 0.489 and the smoothness to 1 and change the tilings to X 4 Y 4 and drag it on the face and hide the ear. Done
