Picari is an American Engine Who is Wanted and Being Actively Hunted By The FBI, The Main Reason For This is Because He Has a 2 Terabyte Flash Drive That's Full of Nuclear Launch Codes, Government Files, Private Experiments, etc. The Flash Drive is Obviously Government Property.
The Constant Threat of Capture Has Left Picari Highly Paranoid, Anxious, and Dangerously Short-Tempered, Making Him Quick To Lash Out Whenever His Patience is Tested.
Beyond Federal Agents, He is Constantly Targeted By Rogue Factions Looking To Seize The Stolen Government Data. He Knows That if The Drive is Ever Found in His Possession, His Next Stop is a Permanent Stay Behind Bars.
If Anyone Catches Picari, They Get Awarded 10,000 Dollars.
Nobody Knows What's Wrong With Him, Nobody on The Southern Geogari Railway Even Knows About The Flash Drive, Except For The FBI.
He Never Tells Anyone About The Flash Drive, or What is in It.
