The rules that keep The Spool List safe, fair, and useful for every maker and buyer.

The short version: Be honest. Build real things. Treat people with respect. Don't use the platform for anything illegal or harmful.

The Spool List is a community of makers, builders, designers, and creators. These guidelines keep the platform safe for everyone. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. What belongs here

The Spool List is for physical fabrication services: 3D printing, laser cutting and engraving, CNC routing, embroidery, resin printing, and similar manufacturing processes. Custom fabricated items, prototypes, and sharing your work through live streaming all belong here.

5. Harassment and abuse

Do not harass, threaten, or demean anyone. No slurs, hate speech, discriminatory language, unwanted sexual advances, or explicit content. No doxxing.

Do not misrepresent your equipment, accept jobs you won't fulfill, circumvent escrow, create fake accounts or reviews, or impersonate other users or The Spool List staff.

All files are virus-scanned before delivery. Do not upload malware, files you don't have rights to share, or ITAR-controlled technical data without authorization.

Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. No fake reviews, review incentives, or using reviews to harass others.

We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts temporarily, permanently ban accounts, withhold payouts, or report conduct to law enforcement depending on severity.
